Entries will close May 31, 2011

SALEM, VIRGINIA - With just one week to go before entries close for the 10th ISF Senior World Cup, over sixty teams have entered the event to vie for the coveted ISF Gold Medals.  The four local governments in the Roanoke Valley in southwestern Virginia have combined resources to host an outstanding National tournament for the Masters and Senior teams.  In its fourth year at the Salem location, the teams have come to enjoy the location and the outstanding tournament management provided by the combined staff.

The list of registered teams is posted on the ISSA Website at www.seniorsoftball.org.  In addition to being rated one of the top softball venues in the United States, the event has created major interest among the senior teams with the announcement that the finalists in each division will receive berths to the ISSA/ISF World Tournament of Champions on January 26-29, 2012 at Tampa, Florida.

Late entrants can still get in the tournament but must get their entry to the ISSA Office by May 31, 2011.  New teams planning on playing in this year's Senior World Cup and not on the registered team list should contact the ISSA office immediately to confirm a spot in the tournament.
