April 13-15, 2012 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

It is estimated that 40 to 50 teams from throughout the Eastern United States will be attending to compete for the tournament championships in their division.

Ticket Prices: Admission to all venues is FREE.


No charge for parking, adequate parking is available at the parks.


Managers Meeting: A manager's meeting will be held on Thursday night, April 12, 2012 at 6:00PM at a site to be determined. Managers check-in and receive tournament materials.  A Thursday Night Dinner will be provided for all players from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

Team Check-in:

Friday during preliminary play at the ball park, senior men's teams check-in together. Photo ID's (drivers license) are needed for the team check-in.

Tournament Seeding:

The tournament staff will place the teams in brackets and prepare the preliminary schedule which will be posted on the website approximately three days prior to the tournament. The preliminary game record will be used to seed your team into the double elimination finals. The exact format will depend on the number of teams in each division.

First Game: April 13th, the games will begin at 8:00AM on Friday at each venue for senior men's teams. Most divisions will end on Sunday afternoon and the Awards Ceremony will immediately follow the final game. (Some smaller divisions could conclude on Saturday)

Entry Deadline:  March 16, 2012
(Exceptions only for the benefit of the tournament)

Rosters Due: The ISSA Roster Form must be submitted by March 16 (roster must be turned in at the Managers Meeting with original player signatures (if not before).  Players arriving late can sign at the check-in or prior to their first game.

Divisions of Play:

Teams will be placed in age/skill level divisions using their ISSA Rating and verified by the tournament staff. Divisions could be combined if necessary.  It is the tournament staff's desire to provide all teams with a competitive experience resulting in a quality tournament experience. 


The entry fee for all Men's Senior classifications is $400.00.  Make checks payable to Joe Lysaght and mail to the Tournament Director with the Entry Form.


T-shirts and other apparel may be for sale at each venue. Other merchandise and equipment could also be available at the tournament (check with tournament director prior to event.)
