Tournament: |
The USA Softball Senior National Championships (www.seniorsoftball.org) The ISSA Staff has been asked to manage this tournament in partnership with the City of Burlington and USA Softball again for 2025. |

Date: |
July 15-20, 2025 - Tuesday - Sunday. The Men's 70, 75, 80 & 85 Divisions will play Tuesday - Thursday, all other Divisions will play Friday - Sunday. |

Location: |
Springwood Softball Complex & City Park(All Men's Divisions), Mebane Baseball/Softball Complex(All Women's Division) and other venues as needed. (See Addresses of Venues Page)

Teams: |
It is estimated that 100 to 120 teams from the USA will be attending to compete in The USA Softball Senior National Championships. |
| Ticket Prices: | Admission to all venues is FREE. |
|
Parking |
No charge for parking, adequate parking is available at the parks. |
|
Managers Meeting: |
A manager's meeting will be for the 70, 75, 80 & 85 teams(TBD). And a second manager's meeting will be held on (TBD) for the teams playing on the weekend. Managers check-in and receive tournament materials. |

Teams Check-in: |
Manger is to have all players sign waive and turn in to Tournament Director on first day of play. Player are reuired to have photo ID's available at all times. |

Tournament Seeding: |
The tournament staff will place the teams in brackets and prepare the preliminary schedule which will be posted on the website approximately three days prior to the tournament. The preliminary game record will be used to seed your team into the double elimination finals. The exact format will depend on the number of teams in each division. |
| First Game: | The games may begin at 8:00AM each day. Game schedules will be posted on the ISSA Website. Most divisions will end on Sunday afternoon and the Awards Ceremony will immediately follow the final game. |

Deadline: |
Complete Entry Form online once a team decides to enter and mail the Entry Fee to the ISSA Office by June 3, 2025 (No Exceptions) |
| Rosters Due: | The ISSA Roster Form (w/ player names and addresses) should be submitted online and the signed waiver must be turned in at the Managers Meeting or the Team Check-in with original player signatures. Players arriving late can sign at the check-in or prior to their first game.) NOTE: Some USA Softball forms will also have to be provided, these will be sent to the teams after they finalize their entry on the ISSA Website. |

Divisions of Play: |
Teams will be placed in skill level divisions based on their ISSA Rating and verified by the tournament staff. |
|
Fees: |
The entry fee for all classifications is $575.00. |
|
Souvenirs: |
T-shirts and other apparel may be for sale at the park. |
| Berths: | Division winners receive a berth in the 2026 WTOC at Tampa, FL. |
