2012 ISSA U S Open National Championships

Please include our team in the 2012 ISSA U S Open National Championships to be held on October 26-28 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Deadline for entries is September 28, 2012. Rosters should be submitted with your entry form and fee (signatures can be added at the event). Enclosed is our check for the non-refundable entry fee of $525.00. All checks should be made payable to I.S.S.A. in US dollars.
