It is estimated that 100+ teams from throughout the United States will be attending to compete for the World Championships in their division.
|Ticket Prices:||Admission to all venues is FREE.|
No charge for parking, adequate parking is available at the parks.
|Managers Meeting:||A manager’s meeting will be held on Thursday night, August 10, 2017 at 7:30PM at the Host Hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites-Virginia Center, 1101 Technology Park Drive, Glen Allen, VA 23059 (ATTN: Nancy Coggins, 804-261-2266)|
Friday during preliminary play at the ball park, the players on each team check-in together (Manager should bring the original signed roster). Photo ID's (drivers license) are needed for the player check-in.
The tournament staff will place the teams in brackets and prepare the preliminary schedule which will be posted on the website approximately five days prior to the tournament. The preliminary game record will be used to seed your team into the double elimination finals. The exact format will depend on the number of teams in each division.
|First Game:||August 11th , the games may begin at 8:00AM on Friday at each venue. Most divisions will end on Sunday afternoon and the Awards Ceremony will immediately follow the final game. (Some smaller divisions could conclude on Saturday)

|Rosters Due:||The ISSA Roster Form must be submitted by July 11 (player signatures can be added at the check-in). Managers are requested to bring their roster (must use the ISSA Roster Form) with original player signatures to the team ID check-in.|
|Divisions of Play:||
Teams will be placed in skill level divisions based on their ISSA Rating and verified by the tournament staff. Divisions are planned for AA, AAA, Major and Major Plus in each age classification for men. Divisions could be combined for preliminary play but ALL teams will be given the opportunity to play for their rated division championship against similar rated teams to the extent possible. Competition will be included for senior Women’s teams beginning at 40 and over and Men’s Masters 40+ and over.
Team awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place finishers in each division. Individual awards will also be given to the players on the top three teams. The players selected for the All-World Team will receive an award (at least one player from each team will be selected for the All-World honor.) Also, each division will have a Manager of the Year, Outstanding Offensive Player, Outstanding Defensive Player and MVP. Photos of the top three finishing teams will be posted on the ISSA Website as well as all the individuals receiving MVP awards. (Other teams requesting a team photo will also be posted on the website.) Teams are requested to come to the "awards table" in uniform when exiting the tournament for awards and photos.
The entry fee for all Men's and Women's Teams is $575.00. Fee includes one dozen ISSA .44/375 softballs (teams hit their own ISSA ball.)
T-shirts and other apparel will be for sale at each venue. Other merchandise and equipment will also be available at the tournament.
