Please include our team in the 7th ISF Senior World Cup tournament to be
held June 20, 21 & 22, 2008 at Salem, Virginia, USA. Deadline for entries
is April 15. Rosters do not have to accompany entry form and fee but must
be received by the roster deadline of June 1. Enclosed is our check for
the non-refundable entry fee. The entry fee is $435.00 if post marked by
April 15, thereafter, the entry fee is $495.00 and teams will be accepted
on a space available basis only until June 1. All checks should be made
payable to R.B. Thomas, Jr., Tournament Director in US Dollars.
