2013 Penn Senior Classic - Entry Form

Please include our team in the 2013 Penn State Classic Tournament to be held on May 31- June 2 in Drifton, PA. Deadline for entries is May 21, 2013. Rosters should be submitted with your entry form and fee (signatures can be added at the event). Enclosed is our check for the non-refundable entry fee of $400.00. All checks should be made payable to I.S.S.A. in US dollars.
